Engajados na causa LGBT, Miley Cyrus e Adam Lambert foram reconhecidos pelo seu esforço em prol das minorias LGBT. Nesta quarta-feira (27), eles foram indicados ao GLAAD Media Awards, premiação que busca premiar artistas, filmes, programas e jornalismo gay friendly pelo impacto cultural na mídia americana.

Os dois cantores competem na mesma categoria, Outstanding Music Artist. Ela chamou a atenção do prêmio pelo álbum independente “Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz”, enquanto o vocalista do Queen se destacou pelo álbum solo “The Original High”.
